By accessing or using TestWyze ("Service"), operated by Scigon Solutions ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TestWyze is a cloud-based QA automation platform that enables teams to record, manage, and execute automated tests for web applications. Features include AI-assisted test generation, Playwright-based execution, test suite management, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to test systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data into the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are stated at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scigon Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Test cases, scripts, and data you create remain your property.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
